He was very flexible in adapting to my schedule, as I also needed to complete painting before we moved in. His quote was detailed and transparent, which gave me confidence because I could clearly see what was included and what would be done.
Sjoerd completed the sanding, lacquering, and oiling exactly within the promised time frame and at the promised quality. Throughout the project, he kept me updated with regular communication, photos, and progress checks, which I really appreciated.
Once the work was done, he provided detailed instructions on how to clean and care for the floor. He also explained that after six weeks he would provide a maintenance kit and guidance for oiling, since doing it earlier could leave marks. This level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive.
